I have consequently learn to be proactive ,assertive and adaptable.I joined the healthcare service because I have a passion for people and passion for patients.I believe the work of healthcare provision is an invaluable asset to society and would apply my beliefs and passion for the betterment of the patients.I am graduated in BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MEDICAL RADIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY(2014-2018)from CENTRE FOR PROFESSIONAL AND ADVANCED STUDIES (CPAS -SME),KERALA-INDIA with 75%score.Now i am working as a RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST at ADWA ISHBILIYA MEDICAL COMPLEX,RIYADH,KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.for the last 1 nd half year still on going .ADWA ISHBILIYA MEDICAL COMPLEX is an integrated system that has earned its reputation as one of the best and most reliable clinics in the east of Riyadh.We cherish excellence and professionalism in clinical practice,service improvements and innovation.Total duty hours is 48 with a patient strength of 120 per week(including all extremities,spines,sinuses,adenoids,Medical and IQAMA patients,).We are honest and open about our point of view that we can and cannot do.The Radiology Department is headed by SR.CONSULTANT DR.GHAZAR WAZZO KARABATIAN ( MD ,RADIOLOGIST).Previously I worked at MARSLEEVA MEDCITY,PALAI,KERALA,INDIA for 2 years.The hospital is NABH accredited with 650 bed capacity with 22 specialities and 19 super specialities and is following more than 1,00,000 patients annually in the outpatient department.Managing the appointments with a daily intake of 35-50 patients for CT on the 128 slice CT scanner,25-35 cases for MRI on 3T PHILIPS and more than 450 X Rays.All those who come in contact with the Radiology department will be treated equally with utmost dignity and respect,whether there is patients,families or staff.This involves respecting each others opinions,their needs,privacy as well as promoting equality and giving proper information about radiation protection by following the ICRP recommended Radiation protection Rules.We all are well aware of the radiation protection and follow the rules by ensuring that the radiation used is safely monitored, the patients are properly shielded and informed.Regular QA s are done across the department for proper assurance.The department was headed by SR.CONSULTANT DR.RAJESH ANTONY (INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST).I am quite confident that my skills and personal attributes match the requirements you seek for the role and that I would be able to effectively contribute to the team and the institution.I assure you that I will grasp my opportunities effectively and I will meet the time bound targeted objectives to the best satisfaction of the institution.I am very good in communicating with the patients ,to deal with neglecting patients, pediatrics,patient with disabilities,well aware of the radiation protection rules,( ALARA,ICRP,IRMER,) doing x-rays and CTs according to the Rules.The skills and qualities I possess include an ability to always put patients first in everything I do whilst providing safe ,effective and strong appropriate treatment and care. I strongly believe that everyone counts as they are and should show compassion to each of them. I am comfortably flexible with any kind of duty including holidays, also always ready for extra hours as per the requirements of my department and emergency situations. I have successfully completed the covid vaccination (COVAXINE)1 st and 2 nd dose. I know proper Radiation exposure factors and to obtain a good quality image. Also aware of dose reduction methods and ALARA principles. Knowledge about radiation safety guidelines and dose minimizing technique. Regular monitoring of my radiation monitoring badges and equipment's in my department. |
